I had to title the podcast this just because we made fun of it on the show. In all Reality JD Sustar is pretty far from the “get rich quick crowd. JD is just an average dude the decided one day “I’m going to change my life.” And that he did. We talk about his journey to becoming a millionaire and what advice he would give about your own journey.

JD made his money in real estate, and to this day feels like anyone can make money in real estate and that you don’t need to be rich to even get there. This was a great conversation and inspired me to think about a few things. Hope you all enjoy.
