This was a fun podcast, Sam Davis is my kind of guy. A Wyoming cowboy that just absolutely loves all things hunting. Sam and I met at a trade show and have stayed in contact the last year. We finally got the chance to turn the mic’s on and tell some stories. It is easy to tell through his voice that Sam loves hunting to his core. I am thoroughly impressed with the number of big bulls Sam has put on the ground and even more impressed at his wife’s accomplishments with a bow. I think she puts me to shame. In this podcast, we talk Wyoming and all things sagebrush to backcountry. Sam and his hunting buddies have drawn some great treasure species tags (yes you read that correctly) and last year Sams hunting buddy drew his Wyoming moose tag. A cool hunt none the less but it sounds like the moose bug has now bitten Sam pretty hard.
